### How to add a document to your email

3. It is **not possible** to attach a document / file (PDF, DOC, XLS, etc.) directly to your email in Platformly. However, you can upload the file to "Your Vault" in Platformly and then add a link to the file in your email. To do this, select the "image" icon as previously explained and then select "Upload a File".

|| Note, to delete a file that has been uploaded to your vault, click on your profile image at the top right of the page, select "Setup", then click on "Media" tab. You will then see a list of files that have been uploaded to your vault. Click on the 3 dot icon at the right of each file and you will see the option to delete the file.
