# How To Obtain HTML Form Code For Third Party Integration

To obtain the HTML form code for a Third Party Integration, please follow the below steps.

1. When creating your optin form in Platformly, please select **"3rd Party Form Code"**.

2. Edit the form as needed, then name and save the form.

3. After that you will see the **"Get Code"** button at the top of the form. Click on this button.

4. A screen will open up for you to choose between three options. Select Option 3 -  **"3rd party integration"**.

5. Select the [API key](https://help.platform.ly/en/article/where-to-locate-my-platformly-api-key-15oewgf/) that you created for the form and select **"Get the Code"**. The generated code will be in HTML format, which you can copy and paste as needed.
