# How to Share Business Dashboard

With Platformly you can create business dashboards, to help you get a full picture of your analytics by pulling all the data into one place.

To share the business dashboard to team members or the public in general:

1.  Click on the settings cog located at the top right of the business dashboard and you will see an option called **Copy Public URL**.

2. Click on **Copy Public URL** and a window will appear on the right giving you a link to the dashboard. Note you can password protect the URL, so only authorized users have access to the dashboard.

3.  You can change the background color of the dashboard. To do so, click on the cog wheel and from the drop-down menu, select **Edit **. You will then be able to choose a color under “Full Screen Dashboard Color”, as shown below:
