00:00 In this training video we're going to have a look at how you can add your Optin Form code to any third party site. So what we're going to do is we're going to navigate to the FORMS drop down menu, and then you're going to click on Optins. Now in this demo account you can see we've just done one example Optin from Optins you'll click Add New Form,, and then Standard Optin Form. This will then open up the Template Section and you'll see 3rd Party Forms Code button at the top. When you click that you'll see a preview of this, which includes the instructions on how to set up the form. So we'll just click okay, and it's then going to load that into the Builder, as we can see here.

Basically these fields are already mapped for you, all you have to do is hover over the SUBMIT button, and then click on the Settings icon. 00:00 In this video, we're going to take a look at events. Events are super useful when it comes to tracking what's going on and building out some reporting funnels. Let's have a quick look at how to set up some events. In this example, what we want to do is, let's say we're going to track an action. Under Step 1, you'll click on "Action," and then you'll choose which action. Event Tracking is a highly flexible feature that allows you to collect data on a wide variety of contact behaviors. You can create an event for any activity on your website or app and assign it a value. As you begin to capture event data and send it to your Platformly account, you can use it to improve your marketing and sales processes as well as trigger automations, create segment conditions, and personalize campaigns.

For example, you can track video views, button clicks, orders, log-ins, in-app behaviors, and more. With Event Tracking, you will need to create a custom code for each event you would like to track on your website or app.

||| Event Tracking is an advanced feature: you will need to be familiar with a programming language to set it up on your website or app. If you don’t know any programming language, you should ask someone from your team to help you.

Important: In order to use Event Tracking, you will need to place your “Project Code” within your pages, where you want the events to be fired.

An event can be fired when we have information about “who” is firing that event.

Events can be fired by:

Another way to do this without needing to add a custom domain is using the wordpress plugin we provide from the 'publish' options inside Landing page and Optins.
