How to give recipients the option to View Email in Browser?
With Platformly, users have the ability to place a link in their emails, so recipients can open them in their browser. In other words: a View Email in Browser option.
To activate this option, you must enable this option in the sender profile that you want to activate the option for.
Click on your profile picture at the top right and click on Setup. Then, go to the Profiles tab and click on the 3-dot icon at the far right of the sender profile you want to activate the option for and click Edit.
A modal window will then appear on the right. This is where you can edit your sender profile. Tick the Enable "View email in browser" link box. Then, click on Save Changes.
That's it. The “View this Email in your Browser” link will now be shown in all future emails you send with this sender profile.
Note you can also do this with custom domains, so you can set up a custom domain in your sender profile and use it for the "View this email in your Browser" link. This means that this link wouldn't have a Platformly-related domain, but your own custom domain, for a fully white-labeled experience.
If you are still unsure about how to enable this option, please see below video guide.
